#22 Prevent SQL keywords to be 'naked' in queries

In the case a field (or table) in the sql server is named like an sql keyword, the queries we generate contain that column name naked, so we could have "SELECT insert FROM select", for example. We just need to wrap those in backticks.

I've already done most of the work for this one, I accidentally stumbled upon it while dealing with date parsing.
